What We Are Looking For:
- Proficiency in building application in any of the PHP framework (CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Symfony, Yii or Zend Framework).
- Excellent communication skills; verbal & written.
- Having experience of working with USA/UK client is a plus.
- Ability to interact with clients to define requirements and to resolve reported issues.
- Candidates from Bhubaneswar will more preferable
Technical Skill:
- Experience with PHP & MySql in a LAMP environment
- Experience with CakePHP or CodeIgniter or Symfony or Yii or Zend Framework (Must)
- Hands-on experience in Jquery, Javascript, CSS & HTML.
- Experience in any CMS (Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla) is a plus
- Exposure to latest trends in front end MVC framework like BackboneJS, AngularJS, Node.js is a plus
- Exposure to Payment Gateway and Social Network APIs is a plus.

- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program

- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
- Train other telemarketers when required
